Working with Windows Store was a pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to buy buy buy. It was easy paced experience working with my schedule. All my questions throughout the process in all aspects were complete and timely. All parties involved from sales to installation were friendly and returned phone calls promptly. Areas cleaned after installation and framing looks great. My windows were around 25-30 years old and I was looking forward to their replacements since they were losing their integrity. I noticed a significant difference in leakage around windows after they were in place. the windows close easily and latch without problems. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and looking forward to replacing the other windows.
From start to finish, we are so pleased with our experience with the Window Store. We had all but one of our windows replaced and we are very happy. The guys that came out were polite, hardworking and did a fantastic job. They finished a day ahead of schedule, cleaned up after themselves and were very accommodating to all of the people (young and old) in our busy household. The windows look great and I'm looking forward to have well functioning windows.
For years I've been afraid to find out what it would cost to replace the 32 windows in my house that are 27 years old. The Window Store was in the area so I took the leap to schedule an appointment to address the 2 windows that had to be replaced this year. The sales rep came out and without being pushy provided me complete information about replacement windows. Like the insurance company commercial - I broke into my happy dance when he told me that they could replace both of the windows in one opening with a larger single window for the same price. That meant I only had 19 windows to replace. I scheduled the replacement of 14 windows down to 7 new ones. The quality of the new windows is amazing! The view, soundproofing, clarity of glass is great. The window frames are very solid, not like I imagined vinyl replacement windows would be. I had a little harder installation because I didn't have window trim on my old windows. They worked that through and my new windows make my house look better because they have trim on them. Every aspect of my interaction with The Window Store has been enjoyable. They will be back next year for another 14/7 windows and then the following year to finish up the rest of my windows. All at a price that is far less than I was afraid it would be. I have recommended them to all of my family members and friends as a really great deal. I love my new windows.
I had an excellent experience! All of the staff with whom I worked were professional and meticulous. I replaced 2 large upper floor windows - my previous windows were 10 years old. Ron installed the windows and did an amazing job! His attention to detail was like none I've ever seen before. He made sure that everything was well done, looked great, and cleaned up everything. He was also very professional and respectful. I've had the windows in for about a month. I noticed immediately that there was significantly less street noise in the rooms. We live off a well-traveled road with a lot of traffic. It used to sound like cars were driving into the room. Now, with the new windows, we can only hear a faint sound of cars. Given the significant nouse reduction, I expect that the windows will have better energy efficiency and will be better at keeping the warm air in and the cold air out this winter. I had such a great experience that I'm considering replacing other windows. I highly recommend!
