Very disappointed with the hours that it is open. Noon to 8pm. I have toddlers we arrived at 10am. Played at the playground for 2 hours waiting for the splash pad to turn on. Only got to play in the water for 20 minutes before having to leave for nap time. Wonderful clean place for small/young kids, just terrible hours.

Great place in Saint Anthony for kids to play! Splash pad is a plus.
Great little splash pad that turns off after a little to conserve water, hit a button and it starts up again. Pavilions to offer some shade. Park to play at also.
